My Approach: What I Needed, Now Shared
This work is deeply personal—shaped by my own journey of learning to turn inward, live honestly, and stop pretending.
Do you trust your instincts—your inner voice?
For much of my life, I didn't.

was often dismissed, ignored, or drowned out by louder voices: family, friends, even professionals. I made their opinions my own voice. I internalized the outside messages. I believed others knew better than I did what was right for me. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
That quiet knowing inside me—the one that whispered exactly what I needed...
Many of us were taught, subtly or directly, that our voice didn’t matter. Maybe you were told not to “talk back” a s a child, or felt shut down in relationships, at work, or by people close to you. Over time, we begin to internalize the idea that we can’t trust ourselves. And if no one ever showed us how to feel safe within ourselves, self-trust doesn’t develop.
But here’s the good news: it’s not lost. It is a skill that can be learned.I am here to help you reconnect with your inner voice and restore the sense of safety that makes self-trust possible. Together, we’ll identify your core values—those quiet truths that act as a compass—and begin practicing what it feels like to live in alignment with them. Whether you’ve been on this path for years or are just starting to realize something isn’t right, I offer a space where you can begin to feel like yourself again.
When we live disconnected from our values, we lose our boundaries, our clarity, and often our sense of direction. I know what it’s like to move through life unsure of what’s yours and what’s been placed on you. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others find their way back to themselves—gently, with curiosity, and at their own pace. If you're ready to begin that journey, I’m here to walk with you.

Finding meaning by aligning my work with my core values means I get to show up fully as myself, every day.
Owning my coaching business has been a healing journey because it finally allows me to be fully myself—guided by honesty, transparency, and integrity. This alignment brings a sense of meaning and joy I never truly experienced in other work. Working for others was often painful and draining when tasks conflicted with my core values. When the work didn’t feel authentic, I felt disconnected—like I was betraying myself. Now, I’m committed to coaching from a place of real connection and truth, helping others uncover their own values and live a life that feels more like their own.

When I'm not coaching, I'm ...

Working daily to give my children a childhood where they don’t have to question their worth.
Reconnecting with the part of me who has always wanted a cut flower garden.
Homeschooling my three kiddos. Which includes far more messy life lessons than bookwork.
Saying no to things that do not add value to my life, while striving to remember what does.
Spending time with the second teenage boy in my home (the dog I finally allowed myself to have and love).
